John 10: Do You Know His Voice? The Shepherd, the Gate & the Voice

What voice are you following? In this early-morning episode of Bedroom & Bible, April and John open John 10 and encounter Jesus as the Good Shepherd, the Gate, and the One whose sheep know His voice. They explore the contrast between the true Shepherd and the thieves, strangers, and hired hands competing for our attention. Jesus doesn’t come to control or destroy—He comes that we may have life abundantly. He knows His sheep, protects them, lays down His life for them, and leads them into freedom.

John 10 is also a wake-up call about spiritual leadership, repentance, discernment, and unity in the Body of Christ. His sheep aren’t called to blindly follow people; we are called to know His voice and follow Him. One flock. One Shepherd. One voice worth following. Maybe the question isn’t simply, Can you hear God? Maybe it’s: Do you know His voice well enough to recognize when another voice is trying to lead you? Open your Bible to John 10 and join us in the Bedroom.
